02Automation
Five tools now used across the practice: a Revit extension, a client portal, a Forma panel, an imagery finder and a compliance review system. Each was piloted before it scaled.
03Libraries and systems
Templates and tooling for communicating design intent, with automation handling the repetitive work.
04Building analytics
A carbon analytics framework, with dashboards and reports supporting design decisions.
05Digital transformation
Wrote the Digital Operations Framework, the AI-in-Practice Protocol and the ISO 19650 template set (BEP, TIDP, clash matrix).
