01Project delivery
BIM delivery across RIBA stages 1-6 on commercial, hospitality and retail schemes: modelling standards, model checking, clash detection, COBie and data-rich IFC.
02Automation
Five tools now used across the practice: a Revit extension, a client portal, a Forma panel, an imagery finder and a compliance system. Each was piloted before it scaled.
03Libraries and systems
Templates and tooling for communicating design intent, with automation handling the repetitive work.
04Building analytics
A carbon analytics framework, with dashboards and reports supporting design decisions.
05Digital transformation
Wrote the Digital Operations Framework, the AI-in-Practice Protocol and the ISO 19650 template set (BEP, TIDP, clash matrix). Set up how the practice governs AI, founded its AI working and development groups, reviewed client contracts for digital obligations, and joined the studio management group.
